We were privileged to be part of the 26th annual KidShare at the iconic Pfister Hotel, an evening filled with incredible food, warm company, and a cause that truly matters.
For the occasion, we curated a menu worthy of the moment:
Rillettes de Saumon
Blanquette de Poulet
Each plate is a reflection of craft and intention, served in the service of something far greater than the meal itself.
At The Bartolotta Restaurants, we believe our purpose extends well beyond the table. Elevating the social fabric of our communities is at the heart of everything we do — and evenings like KidShare embody that mission. KidShare raises vital funds, ensuring every child in Milwaukee has access to the programs, community, and opportunities they deserve.
Creating authentic relationships and lasting memories is what The Bartolotta Table is all about. It is always an honor to lend our craft to an evening of this caliber. Congratulations to the @jccmilwaukee on over 130 years of extraordinary impact.

It was an evening that embodied everything we stand for: building authentic connections and elevating the social fabric of the communities we are proud to call home. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the table.
We take a moment today to remember Joe Bartolotta. Our hearts are filled with memories of his boundless energy, infectious laughter, and unwavering commitment to family and community. We also look forward, because that is exactly what he would have wanted.
Joe had a gift for seeing what was possible before anyone else could. He looked for the “sparkle” in people. He believed in this city and our communities long before the world caught up, and he built a company rooted in the idea that authentic relationships and lasting memories are what hospitality is truly about.
That vision didn't leave with him. It lives in every team member who carries his spirit forward, in every guest who dines with us at our restaurants, in every gathering celebrated at our catering venues, and in a Milwaukee culinary scene that is coming into its own in ways Joe always knew it would.
He would be proud: proud of this team, proud of this city, proud of what continues to grow from the seeds he and Paul planted more than 30 years ago.
So today, we celebrate him, his hospitality heart, his joy, his belief in people, and the future he helped make possible.
We carry you forward, Joe, with gratitude, with sparkle, and with love, from the family of team members at The Bartolotta Restaurants
This past weekend, we had the privilege to participate in and sponsor Chef Dan Jacob’s ( @chefdanjacobs ) annual fundraiser, Dim Sum Give Sum, a beautiful fundraiser dedicated to fighting Kennedy’s Disease.
We shared Soufflé aux Fruits de la Passion from Bartolotta Lake Park Bistro and Crema di Limone all'Amalfitana from Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993. But more than the food, it was the spirit in that room that moved us.
At Bartolotta, we believe in elevating the social fabric of our communities — and afternoons like this one remind us exactly why. Sharing the Italian Community Center's Grand Ballroom alongside extraordinary culinary talent from across the country, all gathered around a common cause, is hospitality at its most meaningful.
Having been diagnosed with Kennedy’s Disease in 2016, Dan Jacobs has created an amazing event where chefs gather to raise money for a great cause and colleague!

At The Bartolotta Restaurants, the first pillar of our promise is simple: Take Care of Our Team Members. We recently brought that promise to life at the Italian Community Center for our annual Team Member Easter Brunch!
Building a culture of graciousness starts from within. It was a joy to see our team members trade their aprons for family time, enjoying a full buffet, egg decorating, and plenty of treats.
Events like these are fueled by our passion for hospitality and our intention to create a workplace where we are more than just coworkers. Whether we are serving our guests with integrity or celebrating together with authenticity, we lead with our hospitality hearts.
A huge thank you to our incredible team for all you do. We are so proud to work alongside you!
