📅 17. März 2026 🕖 18:00 Uhr 📍 BART1BAE @ St.Bartlmä 3 *** Invitation to the screening with Nicolas Cilins (@nicolascilins ) in cooperation with BART1BAE 💥 In the exhibition Victoria Square Is Not a Metaphor, Nicolas Cilins explores how bodies subjected to constant control and exclusion assert their presence in public space. Based on the stories of young male migrant sex workers and a network of clandestine night bars around Victoria Square in Athens, the multimedia installation addresses themes of survival, resistance, community, and representation that resonate beyond the specific local context. 📅 17 March 2026 🕖 6 p.m. 📍 BART1BAE @ St.Bartlmä 3 📸 Daniel Jarosch #artisttalk #outreach #screening #kunstvermittlung #kunst #contemporaryart #underpressure #neuegalerie #kuveti #künstlerinnenvereinigungtirol #innsbruck #tirol #2026

Invitation — LORECORE (v2) Live Game Essay
Friday, 13 March · 19:30
St. Bartlmä 3, bartibae, Innsbruck, @diametrale_festival As part of the Diametrale / Innsbruck Immersive XR program, we invite you to an evening performance of LORECORE (v2). The performance will be followed by DJ sets LORECORE (v2) is a live-generated computergame essay which examines the relationship between narrative and technology. The work delves into the abysmal depths of myth-making surrounding powerful tech companies and their owners. It explores the logic and functioning of techno-fascism and investigates the synergies that arise from the convergence of the tech industry and the New Right. LORECORE (v2) is a spin off of the hybrid performance LORECORE. The title LORECORE refers to a concept coined by author Shumon Basar. He states that we live in an era “belonging to digital capitalism and characterised by people’s existential need to stage themselves, while global narratives collapse in an unprecedented way.” Artistic direction: Anan Fries Research & concept: Jette Büchsenschütz, Anan Fries, Cenk Güzelis XR-design: Me AndOther Me Composition, sound design: Ricardo Eizirik / auto_timer Dramaturgy: Jette Büchsenschütz Additional text: Morgane Billuart LORECORE is co-produced by HAU Hebbel am Ufer and funded by Berlin Senate Department Culture and Social Cohesion, Fonds Darstellende Künste with funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media @hairygaze @auto_timer
