Happy Birthday to @catddc , the force behind so much of what we do. She’s been carrying even more than her usual share these past couple of weeks while I’ve been recovering from back surgery, and she’s taken over many functions of both of our jobs and done it all with grace. Here she is, on the ground in FL, leading this production forward and making sure every detail, and every person, is taken care of. She’s done it all with the same calm, care and professionalism that are always at the heart of everything Barrie Creative does. I’m grateful for her everyday, but especially lately. Relying on her without a single concern, because I trust her implicitly, has made rest so much easier. Happy Bday, Cat! Barrie Creative is what it is because of you. Can’t wait to be fully back in the trenches with you soon, carrying it all together. 💜

We’re saddened to hear of Eric Dane’s passing yesterday at just 53, following his battle with ALS. We had the opportunity to interview Eric on a red carpet in 2014. Even in a fast-moving, crowded environment, he stood out for his kindness, thoughtful answers and time spent.

Watching now, you’d never know the chaos of three BG toddlers dumping out entire baskets of toys and the struggle to get a toddler to place apples over a lens just right.
