I love this old photo of sunlight flooding a little piece of cedar, for a table maquette, and knowing what it would sound like to touch. The smell of that cedar filled my workshop for months
I love the wide boards for this tabletop. Making planks, before you even make anything with those planks, is one of my favourite things. It always feels like an honour when you think how long that tree took to grow and all the things it saw
We divided this bedroom from the mezzanine with glass and a backless bookcase on the other side. It connects the two spaces and allows a glow of silhouettes and light in both directions at night.
