A bit of rain, a lot of feeling.
They said their vows inside the barn while the weather rolled on outside. It gave the whole day this quiet, almost cinematic pace, like everything slowed down just enough to really take it in.
Between showers we found pockets of calm across the grounds, soft light, wet paths, that kind of atmosphere you can’t really create on purpose.
They didn’t try to control the day. They just moved with it.
And by the time night hit, it flipped completely.

A wedding photographer isn’t just there to take photos.
They are there to support your day in ways you might not even realise yet.
When you are choosing your photographer, look for someone who can keep things calm if the timeline shifts, help with the little things like buttonholes and dresses, guide you gently so nothing feels awkward, and capture all of the in between moments as they unfold.
Because how your day feels matters just as much as how it looks.

And honestly, if Kaye didn’t have the rule that the venue required a wedding planner, I might never have even considered it. Looking back now, it was one of the best decisions we made and I’m so grateful it worked out that way.
