If you don’t design your day, somebody else will = Use your morning ritual to take a moment for yourself to feel grounded, to set intentions and think about “how can I show up as the best expression of myself today”. ☕️ Research has shown that morning rituals can reduce stress, boost your energy levels & focus. When you wake up in the morning, that is when your creative or subconscious brain is most attuned, making it the best time to reflect, introduce positive habits and rituals to set you up for the day. One of our favourite morning rituals, is making a ceremonial matcha. Try pairing it with breathwork or journaling. Matcha contains L-Theanine, which helps with mental clarity and cognitive function meaning you’ll feel a boost of energy & more focussed throughout the day. It is the perfect alternative for coffee and start to the day. Our fav? Try adding a bit of coconut sugar and oat milk 🫶🏼

But who are we you ask? A self care and wellness brand based in Perth WA. Founded in 2018 and recently, joined forces with @add.goodness (@falconfitness108 ) our sister studios to create a multi-sensory wellbeing experience for our community. Our mission is to create products and rituals that help you live with clarity, ease and deeper connection to self. When you live in this state (rather than on auto-pilot and burnout), your nervous system feels supported, you have a sense of purpose, you feel at peace and happier. Ultimately, this is how you can show up as the best version of yourself. All our products and rituals have been designed with this mission in mind. Our products are more than just products, they are anchors to your daily rituals, to a life of consistently showing up for yourself. Our products blend the power of aromatherapy with scientifically-backed rituals (like breathwork, meditation, journalling & other restorative practices) to support your nervous system, mental health and journey of self connection.
