i didnât make this for people who have it together.
i made it for people in the middle of it.
this library wasnât built from a place of having it all together.
it was built from the floor.
from the years i lived with chronic illness, acute injury, hospitalisation, depression and anxiety, and didnât always know how to get back up. from the big moves, the financial risk, the relationships that no longer served me, the moments i genuinely couldnât help myself and the slow, humbling realisation that the practices iâm about to show you were the things that kept bringing me back.
breathwork when i couldnât think straight.
yin when my nervous system was fried.
journalling when i didnât have words.
movement when stillness felt impossible.
nidra when sleep wouldnât come.
this digital library is a behind-the-scenes look at what has actually helped me thrive, not in spite of the hurdles, but through them. over 100 practices across breathwork, yin yoga, sound healing, yoga nidra, mat pilates and journalling. the same things i return to when life gets loud.
i didnât make this for people who have it together.
i made it for people in the middle of it.
if youâre there right now, youâre exactly who this was built for.

Most people think breathwork has to be intense, lengthy, aesthetic, and perfectly done to âwork.â
It doesnât.
Sometimes itâs messy.
Itâs a shaky exhale between emails. A long sigh in your car before walking into something hard. A few intentional breaths while your mind is racing and your body hasnât caught up yet.
And that counts.
Because every time you shift your breath, youâre speaking directly to your nervous system.
Youâre moving out of survival and into safety. Out of urgency and into regulation. Out of overwhelm and into something your body can actually process.
From a physiology lens, this matters more than it looks.
Your breath influences your autonomic nervous system, especially the balance between sympathetic activation (fight or flight) and parasympathetic tone (rest, digest, repair). When you extend your exhales, slow your breathing, or bring awareness to your diaphragm, you stimulate the vagus nerve.
This is where things start to change.
Your heart rate variability improves. Your immune system becomes more resilient. Inflammation can decrease. Your brain shifts out of high alert and into a state where clarity, memory, and emotional regulation are actually possible.
Not because you did something extreme.
But because you practiced something, consistently.
Short, imperfect, everyday breathwork is how you build a nervous system that can hold more life.
More pressure without burnout.
More emotion without shutdown.
More energy without depletion.
You donât need an hour. You need moments. Messy ones. Repeatedly.
Started is sacred.
Practiced is better than perfect.

⨠Ever feel like you're not just afraid of failing, but actually afraid of your own power?
It's so common to fear rejection or not being enough. But what if the real edge is the fear of stepping fully into your potential?
You might notice:
⢠Moments of big possibility that excite and scare you
⢠Subtle anxiety right before a breakthrough
⢠Self-sabotage when things are about to level up
This isn't weakness, it's your nervous system protecting the familiar. Our brains crave certainty, even if it means holding back from growth.
But here's the truth: If you feel this fear, you're on the edge of something beautiful. Growth means rewriting old stories and creating new safety inside.
Ready to step into your next level? Your power is waiting.

Someone asked me the other day âwhat do you do?â and I kind of didnât know how to answer it. So I said I teach Pilates and hang out with my dog.
From a career perspective, I have been fully self employed since the beginning of 2018. In that time I have been a studio owner, yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, retreat host, brand ambassador, entrepreneur, tech founder, networker, breathwork facilitator, and business mentor.
Nearly 50 staff, a community of thousands of humans, networks of development plans and partnerships within the businesses all keeps my busy brain on its toes.
A lot of my time is, and for the last few years HAS been spent in nervous system repair and tending to chronic illness flare ups. That ontop of the cognitive demand involved in managing multiple businesses, growing startups and being an unpartnered woman in her late 30âs has me quite occupied and very tired.
But when someone asks I usually say I teach Pilates. Have you heard of KX? And I always say I am a dog mum!!!
Reframing our vocabulary is a remarkable tool in Psychology and also uniquely powerful in our experience of pain & suffering. Our vocabulary has the power to harm or heal.
In wellbeing, Strength Thinking helps rewire the brain toward resilience. Each time you notice progress or positive capacity, you strengthen neural pathways that support motivation, calm, and self trust. I get to walk my dog freely outside in the fresh air on my lunch break. Gifting myself time gives me the capacity to work. One of the ways I practice Strength Thinking is by choosing slow walks outside with my dog, even when work feels full. Instead of pushing through fatigue, I prioritise regulation. That shift allows my brain to reset, my body to soften, and my thinking to become clearer and more creative when I return. It is not time away from work. It is what makes better work possible. It has taken me along time to retrain my inner child to know that productivity is not the priority over health or happiness.
Strength thinking is not toxic positivity. It does not deny challenges. It asks you to solve them using your greatest sources of leverage rather than from a place of inadequacy.

The more we understand what women move through behind the scenes, the more compassionate and connected the world becomes.
This is my story of a woman and her dog.
Her Salvadora, Dora.
I believe in backing the people whose work carries intention, depth, and soul. I believe in booking in to the studio and buying the product that your friend worked so hard to create. I believe in celebrating the success of those around me.
I am surrounded by women who are wildly capable.
They lead, nurture, create, and still carve out space for joy, adventure, and presence.
Women who can shift from high performance to softness, from ambition to stillness.
And I feel deeply grateful to live a life where I can choose how I spend my time, who I support, and the rhythm I move through my days đĽšâ¨

The Gift - by Mary Oliver
Be still, my soul, and steadfast.
Earth and heaven both are still watching
though time is draining from the clock
and your walk, that was confident and quick,
has become slow.
So, be slow if you must, but let
the heart still play its true part.
Love still as once you loved, deeply
and without patience. Let God and the world
know you are grateful.
That the gift has been given.

đšđšđšđšđš Valentines Day Womenâs circle
This morning we gathered in circle with Cacao in our hands. Ceremony. Rose magic. Rituals + practices.
Cacao has a way of dissolving the armour. Rose has a way of softening the edges. Together they invite us back to self love.
Not self love as a mantra.
Self love as a felt sense.
A hand on the heart.
A breath that says, I am allowed to take up space.
As we sipped, stories surfaced. Of family. Of lineage. Of the women who shaped us. Of the parts of us that learned to stay quiet, stay strong, stay busy. As the medicine @keithscacao facilitated by @innerwild_intuitive and @iammeganchandler we gave our attention and intention to a guided meditation. In stillness we could notice what appeared when we let our minds wander.
The remembering:
A vague yet detailed experience.
The heart space.
The stories.
The little girl.
The one who felt everything.
The one who is creating her own safety.
Family is who we choose to sit beside in vulnerability. It is the circle that holds you when your voice shakes and celebrates you when it steadies.
Thank you to every woman who showed up this morning exactly as she is. Happy Valentines Day to all the lovers and to those who lead with love đ
Krysten and Megan began sitting with cacao under a full moon 3 years ago. These little rituals quickly attracted friends to join in, and it was clear how each woman brought her own magic to the ceremony. Today, they are so passionate about inviting women to come together to experience this beautiful and powerful connection.

If youâre constantly tired, sore, or stuck in an on-again, off-again training cycle⌠itâs probably not a motivation problem.
Itâs a recovery problem.
Your body doesnât separate stress. Training, work, poor sleep, mental load, it all draws from the same energy tank. When that tank runs low, progress stalls, consistency drops, and your body stops adapting.
Thatâs exactly why KX Pilates Booragoon x Add Goodness exists, to make recovery a non-negotiable part of your routine, so you can train hard and bounce back stronger.
If youâre part of our 30-Day Strong & Centred Challenge, youâre likely already feeling the difference that regular sauna and ice bath recovery makes when paired with your KX Pilates training.
If you missed the challenge.. no stress!â¨You can still experience the benefits of Add Goodness. DM us and weâll help you get booked in đ
