We’re thrilled to announce that @yueshuenn and @caden_thetoylike , star bartenders from Kuala Lumpur’s renowned bar @coleylumpur , will take over Bruma’s bar on December 10th at 8 PM, bringing a guest shift feast that blends Malaysian flavors with cutting-edge mixology concepts. As a benchmark in Kuala Lumpur’s cocktail scene, Coley has long been listed on Asia’s 50 Best Bars. It has also become a must-visit cocktail landmark in Kuala Lumpur for its creative deconstruction of local ingredients and storytelling menu design. Shuen and Caden, the core bartenders of Coley coming to Bruma this time, are skilled at combining Southeast Asian spices, fruits with classic mixology techniques to create special drinks with both flavor layers and regional characteristics.

From Paris Bar Legend to Global Brand Ambassador
With dual French-Swiss roots, Eric graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education (a top global hospitality institution) in Switzerland, and has worked at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and top cocktail bars in Paris, such as Experimental Cocktail Club and Little Red Door. In 2018, his professionalism and charisma caught the eye of Scrappy’s founder, making him the brand’s global ambassador and spreading the concept of “precise mixology + exceptional service” worldwide.
