🧪 藤井大介 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗸𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗷𝗶𝗶
Owner Bartender of Jade Lab
Fujji san began his career in 2014 working at the waiting bar in a steakhouse in Roppongi. He then worked in Ebisu, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, where he learned how to make a hybrid of Japanese and international cocktails.
On January 16, 2024, he opened a lab-style cocktail bar specializing in herbal liquors in the Endoji area near Nagoya Station —— Jade Lab.
