I was invited to celebrate the start of the Regional Biryani Festival at @bandookkitchen and it honestly felt like a mini trip through South Asia.
We started with the Tokri Chaat (so fresh, tangy and crunchy), followed by the Delhi Goat Biryani — rich, fragrant and packed with flavour. Paired with some expertly spiced cocktails too! And of course we couldn’t skip dessert… the Kulfi Stick was the perfect sweet finish 😋
The best part? Every Monday they’re showcasing a different regional biryani, so you can keep going back to try something new.

After 10 weeks of Couch to Confident and Long Run Crew putting in many miles it felt really special to bring everyone together and celebrate.
