SHIRES-YARD…a place to eat, shop and be inspired. The characterful corridors and courtyards of Shires Yard are a perfect hidden oasis in which to unwind, away from Bath’s bustling crowds.
What an evening! A great time was had last night at @bathpartyinthecity the yard was alive with energy and great music…with beers flowing from the brilliant @woodsheddingbeer a big thanks to all of the musicians who performed too…see you this weekend.
Meet Jobey…head chef here at @root_bath responsible for creating the incredible veg focused dishes at the restaurant…the team at Root are super creative and you’ll often find new dishes appearing on the menu…get in touch to book yourself a table this weekend. A reminder we’ve also got @woodsheddingbeer pouring pints in the courtyard tonight as-well as live music at @coret_coffee and @electricbearcub we’d love to see you all!

It’s set to be lush weather this weekend and into next week…we’ve got plenty of outdoor seating across various restaurants and some fantastic shops to browse…here’s the lovely Georgie who runs the @bramleyproducts store here at the yard, perhaps pop in today.

Coffee plans today? @coret_coffee have a awesome and friendly team of baristas ready to make you your favourite afternoon pick me up…brewing some of Bath’s best espresso and serving delicious pastries and sandwiches, it’s the ideal grab and go if you’ve got a busy day…or perhaps stay a while.
Beer today? @electricbearcub have an extensive range of draft beers as well as a generously stocked fridge of interesting cans, both local and from further afield…hope to see you today.
The guys at @boscopizzeria have got some incredible new additions to their menu…Cornish Crab linguine & Roasted Langostino Prawns a couple of highlights…enjoyed on the terrace in the sunshine, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were in Sardinia. Aperol Spritz a recommended addition.
It’s safe to say we’ve got some of Bath’s best alfresco dining spaces…and the @root_bath terrace is a pretty spectacular setting for a lunch or dinner in the sun this weekend…it’s set to be a glorious day in the city today…drinks and a few sharing plates this evening? 🌞
