Last call for our Spring Networking Evening tomorrow 🌱 If you’re based in the Baltic Triangle, work nearby, or just fancy catching up with other local businesses, there’s still time to join us tomorrow evening. From 5pm to 8pm, we’ll be at The Shed at 92 Degrees Coffee on Jamaica Street, alongside @liverpoolcitycouncil , including Cathy Skelly and the council’s Business Support team, and @baltictriangle . It’s a relaxed drop-in evening. Come along for a chat, meet some new faces, reconnect with familiar ones and grab a tea, coffee or light bite while you’re there. We’ll also be sharing more about what’s happening across the area, including the launch of the new Baltic Triangle Area website, and Liverpool City Council will be there to talk about the business support available to local companies. The UK has just announced its Eurovision entry - experimental musician and YouTuber @lookmumnocomputer - which has sent us down a little Eurovision memory lane. And if you take a walk along Jamaica Street, you’ll notice one of Liverpool’s Eurovision leftovers is still very much here. Echoes & Waves, the black and white graphics across Baltic Creative shutters, hide clues to Liverpool artists who’ve shaped the city’s music scene over the past eight decades. Created by Liverpool creative agency @smilingwolf , the project delivered by @baltictriangle and @liverpoolcitycouncil , turns the street into a bit of a musical puzzle. Some are obvious. Others take a bit more decoding. In fact, they’ve been here for nearly two years now, and we’re still regularly asked what they mean… Think you’ve cracked one? It’s just around the corner 👀 This Wednesday, March 11th (5pm to 8pm) @balticcreative are hosting a Spring Networking Evening at The Shed at @92degreesuk on Jamaica Street, alongside @lpoolcitycouncil ’s Business Support Service and the Baltic Triangle Area CIC team! It’s a relaxed drop in evening for businesses, freelancers and anyone connected to the Baltic Triangle. Expect good conversations, familiar faces, new connections and some complimentary tea, coffee and light bites.
