There is one space currently available, Studio F, which is 1,754 sq ft and another available from July 2026, Studio B, which covers 580 sq ft. Both benefit from on-site parking, 24-hour access, and more.

Last week, the @ccconventionuk came to Liverpool for the first time, right on our doorstep in the Baltic Triangle.
It was hosted in @campandfurnace , and our CEO, Lynn, attended to represent our tenants and community, whilst Baltic Creative hosted @channel4 teams in some of our spaces.

It’s been an incredible 17 years supporting creative and digital industries and the wider Baltic Triangle community.
One of our proudest achievements is our tenants' loyalty. We’re grateful for the businesses that choose Baltic Creative as their home, several of whom have been with us from the beginning. It’s our tenants who create the vibrant community that makes this area so special.

@vibeukorg is based on Jamaica Street and works across the Liverpool City Region to support young people aged eight to 25.
Each year, they work with around 7,000 young people, with around 500 accessing their support each week.
Their work spans youth clubs, outreach, targeted programmes, and outdoor education, delivered across the region. They've also designed and run 15 targeted youth programmes alongside open-access provision, and their outdoor arm has given almost 3,000 young people the chance to get outdoors and learn beyond the classroom.
At the heart of everything Vibe does is RF4 framework, a relational approach to youth work that starts with how a young person sees themselves and builds outward from there. It's how they measure whether their work is making a difference.
They’ve just launched their ambitious new strategy to reach one million young people aged 10-19 (and up to 25 wth special educational needs and disabilities) by March 2031 through RF4 relational youth work practice.

The 2026 @ccconventionuk is coming to Liverpool for the first time, and it’s right on our doorstep over at @campandfurnace on May 6th and 7th.
The only national event dedicated to film, TV and digital content creators working outside London, this year’s theme is Where TV Meets Digital. The speaker lineup includes Oscar-winning filmmaker Andrea Arnold, writer Jimmy McGovern, and Asif Kapadia, director of Senna and Amy - among many others.
@channel4 is hosting invitation-only workshops in our meeting spaces, and we’re really looking forward to attending and representing our tenants.

A cohort of @ljmubusiness final-year undergraduate Marketing students have been working in small consultancy teams to develop a real-world marketing campaign for Baltic Creative CIC.
The student teams pitched their marketing campaigns to our very own Lynn Haime, giving them an opportunity to showcase their skills and innovative campaigns. Lynn was blown away by the standard of their final presentations, the amount of work that had gone into them and the level of professionalism.
After much deliberation, a winning group was chosen, and the team will enjoy a special celebratory lunch at Yonder very soon.
If this project is anything to go by, the future of marketing is very bright, and Liverpool is lucky to have this talent. Projects like this are just one of the ways we can help keep graduates in the city, by giving them a connection to the businesses here in the Baltic.

As part of our Bloom Talks Series, we hosted a free workshop in partnership with @smooth_hr and @worthyconsultancy on the New Employment Rights Act.
The workshop covered all the major changes that the Employment Rights Act 2025 brings, such as changes to unfair dismissal rights, day 1 sick pay, sexual harassment and family leave. It gave the businesses in attendance clear, practical guidance on what's changing and what they need to do as a result.
