When I started my business, letting go of the reins felt impossible. But building a culture where people genuinely want to be and want to grow has made scaling so much easier.
Gone are the days when you can come off a reality TV show and expect the world.
It’s still achievable, but not without the hard work from both management and talent. When it comes to creators from shows such as Love Island, it’s detrimental to have those content pillars and a clear plan so everyone is on the same page and both long and short term goals are clear.
Without this, that’s when problems start to arise and that’s when relationships fall apart.
