Yesterday we took a trip to London to visit the incredible Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries @mallgalleries 😳 What a brilliant exhibition, filled with so many stunning artworks. A huge mix of styles, and skills were on display. We loved it. Here is just a few of our favourites. It was great to see our friend @angebellart had a couple of pieces included. Nice surprise to bump into @addictivesketcher too, who we met way back when we filmed with The One Show for our project. Definitely go along if you can 👌

So it’s 6 years ago today, during a national lockdown I made a simple post, aimed to be just a little fun. A simple shout out for artists friends to come and collaborate with our son Noah. A 3 year project stemmed from this simple call, and a phenomenon began! Our son loved every minute of his fame being @background_bob It brought so much fun into his life and so many totally amazing opportunities. Our project raised over £250,000 and has completely funded a brand new sensory room and garden at our local hospital which is due to be opened very soon. More to come on that shortly. Reminders from social media are both beautiful and totally devastating for us, but we strive to always see the good in what he and everyone brought together. The sun will always shine on what you guys did even on a rainy day. It’s tough for me to look at this photo, neither family member is with us now, and that hurts, but I cherish the love and fun both brought to our lives. Missing means that they were loved ❤️🫶🏻 #bemorebob
