I've grown with this restaurant, and I don't know how to express how much the place and the people have meant to me. I've learnt so much but what I haven't learnt is how to take good pictures of a moment so bare with me as I filter through 4 years of madness in my camera roll and document this as best I can.
The Gozney: The first look at the site & the shiny new gozney in July 2020; the first service; the Roman pizzas, which evolved into the flatbread and pizzas they're slinging these days; the amazing autumn afternoon light in the restaurant; the sign the chefs wish we would could have had on the black board ๐

Preserving the last of the summer things like tomatoes from @flourishproduce and diving into the autumn treats like quince and squash from @shrubprovisions makes for very easy menu writing
P.s. no, the Roman pizzas aren't back, it was just for staff dinner x

Made with Long Lane farm sheep's ricotta, from @nealsyarddairy , rolled in cinnamon sugar, and served on top of a damson compote @shrubprovisions ๐ purple season is here folks ๐
