Facilitating breathwork and ice baths at a festival is unlike any other setting we’ve worked in.
People arrived already open — bodies in motion, senses stimulated, nervous systems alive with sound, colour, and connection.
What surprised and moved us at
@bloomingreenfestival was how many people still chose to slow down, turn inward, and meet the breath with genuine curiosity and presence.
Over the course of two guided breathwork and cold plunge sessions, nearly 130 people joined us every morning— meeting intensity not through force or bravado, but through awareness, surrender, and trust. Watching people soften in the cold, listen to their breath, and find balance in real time was deeply grounding for us as facilitators.
And much later, as the night grew quieter, we held a very different kind of space! Across two Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions, close to 80 participants stayed with us into the late hours and early morning. Those journeys unfolded slowly and intimately — marked by honesty, emotional release, deep listening, and a rare willingness to be fully seen.
What stays with us is not just the scale of the sessions, but the quality of presence people brought — the authenticity, care, and respect they offered the work and one another. We’re deeply grateful for every breath shared and every story entrusted to us.
Thank you to
@bloomingreenfestival — its volunteers, facilitators, and co-creators — for holding such an alive and intentional container. And to
@evolving.sapien for the trust, support, and for embracing the chaos with us, wholeheartedly.
We leave with full hearts, grounded bodies, and deep respect for what can emerge when people choose to slow down — even in the middle of a festival.
To everyone who joined us in the breath — may it continue to anchor you long after the festival. We look forward to meeting again and breathing together once more.
