BODY ⠀ ⠀ Do you ever talk to your body? We talk about bodies all the time, and usually if we are honest, we are not always kind about them. I myself have only now come to peace with my body and thats after years of developing a ritualistic self massage practice and not to mention the hundreds of clients bodies I have worked with. Nurturing a compassionate relationship with our bodies is not always an easy road, trust me, you are not alone in it. Creating a sacred environment is one of the most tender aspects of my work, setting a space safe enough for my clients of feel comfortable being held in. Massage is one of, if not the best way to connect with our bodies, it touches all the acupressure points, which is your bodies communication system.
