If someone told me a few years ago that I would stand in front of a room full of students and speak publicly, I would have laughed. I’ve always been scared of people and public speaking. But today, I did it!!
Sometimes fear convinces us to stay small and silent, but growth begins the moment we challenge it.
Today I had the opportunity to speak about failing forward — understanding that failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of the journey. Every setback is a lesson, every mistake is feedback, and every attempt moves us forward.
My younger self would be proud of the person I’m becoming.
