𝗘𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 ‘𝟮𝗔𝗡𝗖’ - 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲-𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴
An exceptional and expressive Geisha selection from one of the most iconic producers, @rachlpeterson of @haciendalaesmeralda .
Sourced from the Portón lot within El Velo farm, one of Esmeralda’s newer high-altitude farms at 1700–1870 MASL.
This coffee undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by carefully controlled dark room drying to preserve clarity and structure.
The result is an intensely floral and highly expressive cup, layered with tropical fruit and remarkable clarity.
A truly exceptional competition-level coffee. One we consider among the best we’ve experienced.

𝗠𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝘆𝗮𝗻 ‘𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗴𝘆𝗽𝗲’ — 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱
From Bondowoso, East Java, this one leans into something we don’t often get to see: the Maragogype variety.
Known for its large beans and its Typica lineage, rarely found in Indonesia. Not something you come across often. And that’s exactly the point.
A variety that stands on its own. Simple, yet distinctive.
A clean washed process keeps it transparent and true to its character.
In the cup: Soft citric quality on the first sip, mild lemon notes, gentle and not too bright, followed by a dominant sweetness jujube and honey-like, with a herbal finish that leans toward ginger tea.
A classic, straightforward profile of @masiyan_arabica_coffeefarmers with a rarity that makes it worth exploring.

𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 ‘𝗣𝟴𝟴’ — 𝗖𝗠 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹
From Paya Dedep, Central Aceh. New crop of 2026.
Here, the focus shifts to something less common in Aceh. P88, a selection known for its expressive aromatics and fruit-driven character. Not widely planted, and still quite rare to come across, especially with this level of clarity.
Grown at 1,600 MASL in Jagong Jeget, where only fully ripe cherries are carefully selected.
Processed as a Natural with Carbonic Maceration. A controlled, low-oxygen fermentation that builds intensity, enhances fruit clarity, and drives deeper sweetness while keeping the structure clean.
Produced through a collaboration between @fns.cc and @bungelungiestate . Second time we’re releasing from this partnership and it continues to surprise us.
In the cup: Mango upfront, ripe and expressive, guava adding a tropical lift, finished with a smooth vanilla sweetness that rounds everything together.
A fruit-forward expression of Aceh. Deep, sweet and structured.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗗𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗶 — 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
From the highlands of Latimojong, this one carries a different kind of elegance.
Processed with Mossto Natural and an added fermentation using a malic-forward inoculation. Built to shape a softer, rounder acidity while keeping the sweetness consistent.
That approach leads @solakuestate to what makes this coffee even more interesting: the variety.
A rare hybrid between Abyssinia and Typica, giving a profile that feels both familiar and new at the same time.
In the cup: Gentle stone fruit character like Apricot, mild malic acidity, reminiscent of sweet Gala Apple, clean and composed, finished with Dates-like sweetness that rounds and coats the palate.
This is Sulawesi in a sweeter, more elegant expression.

Today marks Rayhan’s final roast with axy.
For the past year, he’s been a big part of what we do. Bringing consistency and care into every batch. A lot of the cups you’ve been enjoying came straight from his hands.
From daily production to stepping into competition together, it’s been a solid run. Especially as we took our first step into ICRC, it meant a lot to go through that phase together.
We’re excited for what’s ahead for him, and proud to have been part of his journey here.

Lately 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸 has been our go-to espresso.
We’ve been pulling it slightly shorter than our usual ratio. Just to tighten things up.
First sip with that creamy milk chocolate from the washed Colombia, then it opens up into this ripe fruitiness from the natural Ethiopia and Bener Meriah.
This is how we’ve been brewing it:
20g in, 36g out, around 23–25 seconds.
For black, we love stretching it over 150ml of water keeping the balance intact while letting the vibrancy of the blend shine through.
