What weāve built over the last 10 years has only been possible because of the people around us. Weāve had the privilege of working with and getting to know so many great people throughout the journey.
Weāre proud of what the gym has become and appreciative of everyone who has been part of it, whether from the beginning or somewhere along the way.

Big performances from these two at Nexus on Saturday šš¾
Lucy (@lucyj_86 ) hit a massive 7.5kg squat PB after a prep where she stayed healthy and consistent the whole way through. Very proud of her first showing for the year.
Felicia (@felicia.leo21 ), our seasoned veteran, pulled a huge 175kg deadlift and showed exactly what hard work over time looks like.
Very proud of both of them and the work they put in behind the scenes. Onto the next one šš¾

Deadlifts for Breast Cancer Recap š
Firstly, thank you to everyone who participated on the day and everyone who donated to the cause. The support from our community was incredible.
A huge thank you to the @nbcfaus for allowing us to host the event at Avia, and a special shoutout to all of our volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly.
Together we raised an amazing $5,274, smashing our original goal of $3,000.
This was easily one of the most fun events weāve hosted at Avia, so donāt be surprised if Deadlifts for Breast Cancer returns next year š
