Karyn and Ismael set the tone for their day at
@villafestaflorida right away: intimate, relaxed, and focused on the people who mattered most. Around 60 guests, plenty of time to actually be present, and a pace that made the whole wedding feel more like a family gathering than a big production. Karyn spent the morning tucked into the house with her mom, sister, and aunt, trading gifts and recording little videos together on the bed. Ismael and his groomsmen kept it simple too, hanging out and playing Rocket League while they waited for the day to begin.
Before the ceremony, there were a few quiet moments that set everything in motion. A tearful first look with Karyn and her dad, Ismael with his parents, then a first touch for the two of them, back to back, hands held, taking a breath before walking out.
They got married under a big tree with no added decor, just simple seating on the lawn and the people who mattered most. After that, the day opened up into golden hour portraits by the fountain and the front of the house, then straight into a reception that turned into a full-on party. Latin music, nonstop dancing, and one completely unplanned moment we’ll never forget, Karyn, her sister, and her best friend launching into Defying Gravity like they were on a stage.
