What more does one need? See you next year 🫡
The gift of running. It’s a gift to be able to…train, push your body, recover well, stay healthy, develop a relationship with your muscles, listen to your body, react to it, overcome your brain, meditate, let go, rewire, stay present, train when your healthy, train when you feel weak, stretch, get stronger, rest easy, the list goes on. But to be able to do that and surround yourself with amazing people that is a different tier of living your life to the fullest. Feeding off the energy of this crew was one in a lifetime. Running isn’t just running. A relay isn’t just a relay. It’s creating a rhythm with people ✨✨✨✨people that you’ll forever share that bond with. H2C @cncpts Roadkillers. Forever grateful. We finished in 26 hours 35 minutes, started as a team ended as a family.
july is always my favorite month of the year. I spend a lot of time near and in bodies of water, turn another year older, reflect and spend time with friends and family. this year was no exception.
