Getting to know Rent inside and out has fundamentally changed me as a person. This show is such a deep, raw, and passionate piece of theatre. The themes and messages in the show are still just as relevant today. It is an imperfectly perfect show, and getting the chance to bring this story to life has been an incredible gift.
Angel has taught me and inspired me in so many ways. This character’s selflessness, joy, personality, and unapologetic sense of self has inspired me to want to become a better version of myself. This role has shaped my growth as an actor and how I see the world. I’ve had many firsts with Angel, and I don’t want there to be any lasts. I’m already itching to play this role again and be able to do Rent again.
To all in the cast, crew, creative, production, stage management, design, and band: thank you so much for this amazing experience. We built such a community that I will miss and treasure forever.

I’m going to miss Rent, and miss Angel, more than words can say. But I know this isn’t goodbye. I will forever carry the memories I’ve made on this show and treasure the impact that it has had on me. ❤️
