Wow. I’m still in shock. Walking to work this morning and finding out I made the @forbesunder30 list is beyond words.
This is more than just a personal win, it’s a reflection of my mom’s hard work and faith in me, the incredible friends and mentors who’ve lifted me up, and the amazing coworkers who’ve been part of this journey. And yes, it’s about my own hard work too.
I recently spoke on a panel and it made me reflect on everything I did to follow my dream. This was my only dream, I had no plan B. I remember right after college taking a risk, doing any type of freelance job I could just to get my foot in the door, from music videos to product photos, from headshots to funerals, from school promos to brand shoots and video contests. Every single step led me to where I am today. You all know who you are and I’m forever, forever thankful and grateful.
I think about the really really long nights, leaving the office at midnight, and the early mornings when I was back up at 6 a.m. The word of the year is truly resilience. Audrey, I am so proud of you.
One thing I’ve learned through it all is this: being kind, working hard, and wearing your heart on your sleeve will take you exactly where you need to be. I don’t know exactly where my future will take me, but I know I’m on the right path and I’m so thankful to be acknowledged. Here’s to embracing who we are and celebrating every step of the journey.
Wondering how we pulled this off? Just know: if you give us a challenge, we’re getting it done.
The highlight of my October was bringing this Cover Story to life in Houston with an incredible crew. @mluki and I got handed a huge brief a week before the shoot and built this whole thing from the ground up, and we did it with flying colors.
I’m so proud of our crew and the whole Boardroom team for this launch and for helping share the big news of Cade’s new shoe. And let me just say… KD is an amazing interviewer, he was made for this.
Huge thank you to @postoakuptown for the incredible hospitality and for letting us take over the presidential suite. I walked away from this one exhausted, grateful, and even more confident in what we’re building.

Went to LA a couple weeks back to capture content with @brittanysky at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic and had a blast… but it took some pivoting to make it all come together.
Moments like this remind me that the job isn’t just planning, it’s adapting in real time.
Wrote about how I navigated it all in my Substack what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned!

Nobody told me that doing the work and being known for the work were two completely different jobs.
For a long time I thought impact spoke for itself. It doesn’t. The Cade Cunningham cover story was the biggest moment of my career and the clearest reminder that a moment only travels as far as you take it.
I wrote about what changed, how I started treating visibility as part of the strategy, and why marketing yourself has nothing to do with showing off.
If you’re doing the work but playing small about it, this one’s for you. Check out my first everrrrr Substack post, link in bio!
