I have written many many songs since the last Anyone’s Ghost album, and I would like them to have somewhere to be played and released. Sometimes there will be lots of instruments and noises and, maybe, drums. Sometimes there will just be Wanda
Atticus Flinch will probably be me a lot of the time, but it can also be me and @eyammusic and @mchlwbstr and a whole selection of special guest friends. I don’t want to feel constrained to a specific format or lineup, or to pressure people I love to have to contribute their time always. AF will be a place for most of the Wanda songs but also the Max songs that aren’t Eyam and the Michael songs he’d like to build with friends, and whatever we write together when time allows
Why not just revive Anyone’s Ghost? Many songs I released and wrote in that time are so tied up with pain. That’s not to say the music I write now isn’t sad, but my life is so far away from that world in many ways and I would like to exist in a different space now. I loved a lot about performing as Anyone’s Ghost! But by the end it also caused me a lot of hurt and sad ruminating and these are feelings I don’t want to bring back into my life ⋆⭒˚.⋆
So I hope to see you there! And I hope you like the things I have been trying to do. May 2026 be kind to you all 💫⊹₊⟡⋆
