What an erratic week of weather that’s been… Wearing sunglasses while carrying around my hot water bottle. So looking forward to the supposed heatwave next week… While I love heavy winter clothes, I’m ready to put them away for a few months now.

What a day… SEND tribunals, continual paperwork and emotional meetings is not for the faint hearted and I feel totally and utterly exhausted by it all. But my goodness, our very special children who we do it for are so worth it.
So I’m taking this in… The calm after the rain. Hopefully a metaphorical sign of what’s to come at the end of this send battle… Or is that just wishful thinking on my part?🤍🤞🏻

Lots of talk of renovations at home at the moment and small changes we can do this year but does anyone else sometimes just get a total creative block on it all? It’s as if I have completely lost the ability to make decisions yet interiors was always something I found so easy to embrace. Maybe a case of so many other things going on in our head at the moment and maybe a really good night sleep will help?! Or maybe just too much overwhelm from other people’s homes on Instagram and you don’t even know what you do and don’t like any more… Does that even make sense?!
Anyway, this house was always going to be a longer term project so maybe a lot can just wait longer than originally planned🤍
