GRACE, SANDY BAY. To ground the project in its wider setting, we worked with photographer Adam Gibson to capture the broader Sandy Bay landscape – Salamanca Place, the waterfront, and the River Derwent. These images brought atmosphere, scale and depth to the brand, placing Grace within the iconic character of Hobart’s southern foreshore. —— A limited collection of house-sizes residences, our approach to GRACE was both granular and holistic – immersing ourselves in every detail of the project, we shaped the entire branding and marketing vision for the project. Defined by outstanding residential architecture set within a tranquil natural setting, it followed the core idea of ‘architecture in a garden’. We carried the concept through every touchpoint: brand narrative, naming, identity, renders, photography, website design and print collateral. The result is a calm, grounded brand that captures the experience of living among the trees in the quiet Sandy Bay neighbourhood. GRACE, SANDY BAY. Architecture in a garden: an idea which drove everything. We used carefully curated renders, natural textures and landscape-led imagery to express the feeling of living among trees rather than beside them. By pairing the contemporary architecture with moments of greenery, the brand presents the project as a carefully curated ‘living experience' from every perspective. —— A limited collection of house-sizes residences, our approach to GRACE was both granular and holistic – immersing ourselves in every detail of the project, we shaped the entire branding and marketing vision for the project. GRACE, SANDY BAY Each of Grace’s ten residences is distinct, so we created an oversized floor plan for every home. Clear, generous layouts on the front, Adam Gibson’s photography on the back, and a format designed to be handled rather than flicked past. GRACE, SANDY BAY. Landscape design: most of the Grace site remains natural ground, anchored by an existing tree canopy. Our job was to bring that story forward in the brand and renders, making it clear that Grace is shaped as much by its landscape as by its built form. Moments of beauty reveal themselves throughout daily life – staircases, landings, framed views through glazing.
