Being a Wellbeing Practitioner means working diligently to uplift your community; from delivering psycho educational masterclasses, contributing to events/panels, facilitating mental health first aid and fostering a space for effective and supportive 1:1 wellbeing coaching.
For the mandem especially, my work has been to curate healthy spaces of healing, real community nurturing, in-depth transformation and self expression. Understanding that your wellbeing is a fundamental priority to the functioning of your life - whilst still being as solid and fly as ever!
