the heart of every strong health system are community health workers. Through #RedefiningTheFlow project, Hope For Tomorrow continues to advance menstrual health in rural communities of Rwanda by providing menstrual cups and delivering comprehensive menstrual health education to girls and women who need it most. We are partnering with community health workers who are the backbone of the health system to support both distribution and community-based education, allowing us to reach deeper and more effectively. Impact doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens with and within communities. We envision a world where every girl and woman has access to safe, accurate menstrual health information and resources, regardless of their social or economic status. #MentrualEquity #SRHR #Asan #HealthEquity RedifiningtheFlow

Introducing faces behind Asan’s impact🩸💪 This series highlights the incredible community leaders driving Asan’s menstrual health initiatives on the ground. Meet Jyothi 💁🏽‍♀️ In Kanakapura, Jyothi isn’t just facilitating sessions, she’s empowering women, listening to their concerns, and creating a safe, judgement-free space to talk openly about menstrual heath, period care, and their bodies. We’re so lucky to have her 💕

Honest conversations always = real learning🩸 At our recent menstrual cup training session at Vindhya e-Infomedia, we created a space where no questions felt awkward. The 30 women employees that were part of the session came with curiousity, openness and a lot of thoughtful questions! 🤔 We’re so happy to have collaborated with @thepadproject on this partnership, and look forward to more sessions like this because when workplaces make space for such conversations, awareness turns into empowerment 💪

What do periods look like when you have long commutes to work, have to stand for hours, and have limited access to washrooms? 👀 At @bpclimited petrol bunks, the women who keep the city moving experience these realities everyday ⛽️ Asan recently partnered with them to support the women working at their petrol bunks across Bangalore 💙💛 Their curiosity and openness to try the Asan cup reminds us why accessible, sustainable menstrual solutions matter and how every step brings us closer to menstrual dignity for all 🌸 [menstrual health, periods, menstrual cup, period power, bengaluru]

Did a friend convince you to use a menstrual cup? 👀 Meet Sonika and Lavanya, students at Rural College, Kanakapura 🤓📚 Both girls received a free Asan cup via our donations programme. Although they were nervous, they watched videos together and motivated each other to give the cup a try 🙌🏽 Sonika took to the cup immediately, it put an end to her worries about leaks and she no longer has to stress about the lack of dustbins in college — disposing of pads used to be a nightmare 😫🩸 Lavanya took a few tries to get used to the cup, but with Sonika’s encouragement she’s finding it much easier 🥰 Do you have a friend who needs to try the Asan cup? Tag them in the comments below to give them a little nudge! ⬇️ [menstrual cup, women’s health, girlhood, friendship]
