PROJECT 465 by
@robertsoncollectif • it transforms an existing rural homestead into a generous, multi-generational retreat designed for both quiet living and large family gatherings.
Retaining the original slab, structure, and parts of the roof, the home expands into a seven-bedroom sanctuary anchored by a monumental great room • an open gabled space housing the kitchen, dining, and living areas for up to eighteen family members.
Flanking this central volume, two smaller living spaces offer flexibility: intimate zones for the owners when alone, or effortless spill-over areas when the whole family comes together.
The result is a thoughtful balance of scale, comfort, and connection • a rural home that grows and contracts with the rhythms of family life.
