SNAG 2: An exhibition of work by a group of artists involved in the MASS sculpture program.
With an understanding that sculpture is mutable, debatable, shared, and dynamic, this temporary assemblage of works invites new interpretations in the language of matter, space and form. A vibrant intra-action between subjects, objects and this extraordinary derelict Victorian house. Each element retains an energetic pulse yet is affected by external relations, boundaries become fluid, the works generate something other than themselves - weaving patterns of unintentional co-ordination.

Three of our collective just spent a week in the far west of Cornwall on an artists residency at the wonderful @brisons_veor - sited on the rocky outcrop of Cape Cornwall, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Irish Sea.
@katherinerose360@artfledgling and @eleanor__street immersed themselves in the constantly changing and challenging landscape, had encounters with wildlife, explored the remnants of the area’s tin and copper mining industry and the Neolithic monuments celebrating fertility and marking death. It was a hiatus of sorts, away from day to day responsibilities and largely out of the reach of modern communications, but also busy - rich with activity, creativity, discussion and reflection.
We can’t wait to see the fruit of this past week - perhaps in our show @morleygallery next month!

Still two more days to view all the fantastic artwork and Wells Cathedral.
My installation piece “Bearing Witness” is in the cloisters amongst the work of very talented painters and sculptors
Just finished installing my work which was selected for Wells Art Contemporary Exhibition 2024.
Looks like it will be a fantastic show again this year.
The Exhibition opens on August 3rd and runs until August 31st in Wells Cathedral.
I am excited to be exhibiting in the Textiles Foundation 25 Year Anniversary Exhibition. Enrolling on this foundation course was the beginning of a super interesting creative journey for me so it feels good to be honouring it’s continuing existence.
