We would like to introduce another artist pair of QMA Artist Collective 2025, Laura Oyuela Flores & Michael Reindel 💫 Catch the full video at the link in our bio! 🩵
Laura Sofía Oyuela Flores is a Honduran-born, Vienna-based cross-disciplinary artist and researcher whose work moves fluidly between art, science, and politics. With a background in economics and a BA in Arts in Cross-Disciplinary Strategies from the University of Applied Arts Vienna, her practice often centers on themes such as migration, identity, and consumption. Her multimedia projects, ranging from performance to installation, draw on poetic research and lived experience. Laura’s recent works explore love, care(work), and the everyday through a diasporic lens. She currently studies Site-Specific Art in Vienna and continues to write poetry, ask too many questions, and drink too much coffee.

●︎
Michael Amadeus Reindel works between the motorway junction Bayrisches Vogtland, film sets, the exhibition ‘The Great Repair’ at the Akademie der Künste Berlin, the Amazon Fulfillment Center NUE1, and a disused quarry. Within this relational network, sculptures are built, dismantled, transformed, reassembled, and embedded in geopolitical realities and autofictional narratives. In the way the works intertwine with global and local conditions, they interact with the infrastructural processes that shape our reality.
