We are still glowing from the Final Day of Frameline49 and the second screening of โGirlfriend Girlfriendโ! We cannot thank @framelinefest enough for the honor of opening โThe Fun In Shorts Programโ, screening alongside so many amazing films! Thank you to Lead Shorts Programmer @kristalsotomayor for the incredible introduction, Q&A and for working with @reassurance to program our film! Thank you Kris Fleming and the rest of the amazing hospitality team for making the Mission and @roxie_theater feel like our second home! Thank you to the volunteers, especially, @midnightfairy808 and @williamouuu , who helped remind us why we make art to unite folxs!
We got the best present after the screening; as we left the @roxie_theater the @sfdykemarch was passing by us- perfect timing! We jumped in and marched up to the Castro seeing all the queer history and heroes that inspire our art.
