Throwback to this amazing mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Aspen. This was an exciting collaboration for @arosllc . Using @lutronelectronics HomeWorks QS as the centralized control platform, we installed Lutron Palladiom shades, keypads, and thermostats across all private and common areas, creating a streamlined user experience with a clean, architectural finish.
The result is a modern, highly functional space designed for both everyday living and short-term stays. Madigan + CO. delivered a bright, contemporary space that perfectly complemented the technology behind it.

Powered by @legrandna Vantage Lighting Controls and custom integration completed by our team, everything from lighting to shades to exterior systems is controlled effortlessly from the EasyTouch II Keypads.

Nestled within the Four Seasons Resort near Cabo San Lucas, this private residence stands among the most technologically advanced homes in the world.
Powered by @lutronelectronics HomeWorks QS, @arosllc integrated elegant White Glass Palladiom Keypads throughout every room and common area, paired with Palladiom Roller Shades discreetly recessed into pockets to preserve panoramic ocean views and eliminate light gaps. The Skyframe motorized doors were also integrated into the control system, allowing effortless operation from the same refined interfaces.
