Ski season was short this year but as always still memorable! So grateful to everyone for the adventures, support and encouragement to take on new challenges and learn!!! Having the opportunity to train with Deb Armstrong through the Jedi group was a once in a lifetime experience. I learned so much and feel like it truly helped me become more comfortable as a trainer. Also want to congratulate all my PSIA Level 1 Candidates! Loved training them and excited to see how they grow for Level 2! Super grateful for all the exciting ski adventures and excited to take everything I've learned to Interski 2027, support the national PSIA team and learn how countries around the world teach! 🌎 #jedioutdoors #psia #Interski2027

Building champions requires a strong, thoughtful, diligent foundation of early development that is intentionally built and it will not happen even with the best facilities in the world. It takes drive, accountability, relentless scrutiny, and reflection, unity, teamwork, visionary leadership. Anything less and a club is just going through the motions.

A new chapter has begun. I will offer SkiStrong camps in Steamboat next year, stay tuned. Maybe I’ll have a SkiStrong camp down here. Where should it be? Let me know! @fischerski @tarashaktiski @onewaysport

Epic experiences start with a “yes!” Your power, your freedom, and your dreams are in that word. Yes to trying something new. Yes to sticking with it when you realize progress is going to take a long time. Yes to nicer equipment that makes the experience better. Yes to help. Yes to an identity that’s only borrowed for a while. Yes to invitations. Yes to stepping outside of your comfort zone. Yes to time spent learning when there are more “important” things to do. HELL YES to an invitation from @armstrong.deb to ski with her in Steamboat. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes is permission. Yes is what creates space, unlocks creativity, and allows that special kind of self belief fly free unencumbered from the obligations and doubts that serve only to hold us in place. Life is too short not to say yes. Fill whatever time you have with as many as you can and see where that takes you. I promise you it’s worth it. #poweryourpotential

I’m a Meredith, Alex and Tactic Fitness fan big time! Skiing with them the last couple days was a blast. @heyteamtactic @tarashaktiski @fischerski @onewaysport

When @armstrong.deb invites you to ski in Steamboat, it is absolutely imperative that you go. If you don’t know Deb, you should. She’s a former World Cup Alpine Ski Racer, Olympic Gold medalist, one of the best ski instructors on earth (actually), runs her SkiStrong clinics, and produces really amazing coaching content on YouTube. It’s kismet that we were connected through the wonders on the internet because as someone who largely learned to ski after I was well into my 30s, Deb’s content has been tremendously impactful. If it’s not clear which one of us is writing this, it’s Meredith, not Alex. A fun fact about Alex is that she was actually born with skis on. More on this later but today was a dream. I wanted to share because while there are a many terrible things going on in the world, there are some really great things too and this weekend sure is one of those great things for me. Looking forward to another day with two of the best skiers around! And I’m feeling forever thankful for strong legs because wow it’s hard to keep up with elite skiers! #poweryourpotential
