Lin remembers questioning whether she was “good enough” to join Arm.🤔 The only thing that changed? She applied anyway. Now, she’s part of our Developer Advocacy team, helping engineers succeed, building for the community, and growing every day. “It’s scary… but also very exciting, because you realize what your potential can be.” If you’ve ever felt unsure, you’re not alone 🤝 Don’t let that stop you. Take the leap

🌍 Supporting the people delivering care every day. At Osiabura CHPS in Ghana, healthcare workers are using biometric technology from Simprints, supported by Arm and @gavialliance , to reduce time spent on paperwork and access patient records more easily. For children, it means clearer vaccination schedules and more reliable care at every visit. When technology is designed for real-world conditions, it helps frontline health workers focus on what matters most, their patients. 🎥 Hear from Joyce Owosu, Officer in Charge

Celebrating the people and programs shaping the future of compute.🎉 We’re proud to share that Virginia Cangelosi, who started as graduate is now an Arm engineer, has been named a Rising Star (2nd place!) for her incredible career journey. From stepping into AI with no prior experience to building an app translating Mandarin songs into English and sharing it so others can learn too, Virginia shows what happens when you push beyond your comfort zone. She’s also a passionate advocate for the next generation, supporting events, speaking at universities, and co-founding the first Early Careers Women @Arm ERG. And we’re proud that Arm also placed 2nd for Best Internship Programme by @targetjobs , recognizing the impact our interns make every day with the support of mentors and teams around them. Thank you to everyone who helps create these opportunities.

The next phase of AI is agentic. These systems that can reason, plan, and act are pushing innovation forward fast, unlocking more autonomous and adaptive experiences and the compute behind it needs to keep up. Arm AGI CPU is built for what’s next. ⚡

A first look inside our new Seattle office 👀 We’ve opened our new Seattle space, designed to bring our technology, people and culture closer together 🏢 Inspired by the idea of a “Living Circuit,” it reflects how innovation happens at Arm: through connection, between people, ideas and technologies. From locally inspired artwork to thoughtfully designed collaboration spaces, the office blends Pacific Northwest nature with the precision of compute. Throughout the space, subtle details are layered in, from references to Arm’s origins and architecture to nods to the region, designed to be discovered over time and reflect how our technology and ecosystem have evolved. An exciting next chapter for the Seattle team as we continue to build the future on Arm.

At #ArmEverywhere, Rene Haas shared why AI infrastructure is hitting a new kind of limit. Agentic AI is driving demand beyond human scale — with systems running continuously and workloads growing rapidly. Accelerators may generate the tokens — but CPUs keep everything moving, running 24/7 behind the scenes. As that demand scales, that’s where the pressure builds. That’s why we built the Arm AGI CPU, designed to keep AI infrastructure running efficiently at scale in the data center.

We’ve got something to celebrate. 🎉 Arm has been awarded the Open Doors Award by World 50 — recognizing our work to expand access to STEM around the world. Through our Inclusive Pathways strategy, we’re helping open doors into tech for millions of learners — with education, mentorship and early career opportunities. This only happens because of the incredible schools, universities, nonprofits and partners we work with every day. A huge thank you to everyone helping us create more inclusive pathways into tech. 👏

Every year, we bring together over 330 graduates from 12 countries for our Global Graduate Conference (GGC), a 3-day experience designed to connect, inspire and accelerate careers. 🙌 Hosted in the UK, GGC is a unique opportunity for emerging talent to come together, hear from leaders, take part in interactive sessions, and build a global network that lasts well beyond the event. But more than that, it’s a reflection of the impact our community is already having. From contributing to cutting-edge AI innovation to working on technologies shaping the future of compute, including developments like the Arm AGI CPU, our teams are helping drive what’s next. At Arm, you’re not just starting your career, you’re helping build the future of computing.

#ArmEverywhere marked an inflection point for Arm - and for agentic AI infrastructure. With the launch of the Arm AGI CPU, Arm now offers the broadest choice of compute: from IP, to Arm Compute Subsystems (CSS), and now silicon. This fundamentally changes how AI can be built, scaled, and deployed on Arm. The announcement set the direction, and the ecosystem proved it’s ready. With teams from @Meta and @OpenAI joining us on stage, and across the partner ecosystem village, hardware readiness and platform support were on display. In the demo lab and tech theatre, real-world use cases showed how Arm is enabling the next era of AI infrastructure. This momentum from the day is shared. Developed with lead partner Meta, alongside strong commitments from customers and leading ODMs, the Arm AGI CPU is backed by a global ecosystem ready for production. Thank you to everyone who brought this to life and joined us in person and online.
