We do a lot of complex work as you probably know and we use our surveyors as much as possible . @jbasurveys are our preferred contractor and they have the most advanced equipment available.
This little tip will save you so much time. Ask your surveyor to identify the orientation of the columns rather than just marking the centre point.
These are the additional two marks you see in line with the centre point.
There’s a bunch of other little tips like “visual alignment” for multiple columns in a line, string lines over levels, connections and structural grout.
