🧑🏼‍🩰For most dancers turnout is not easy to find, so many dancers smash their feet together in fifth creating confusion with alignment and unneeded tension. 🩰Turnout isn’t something you have to be born with, but you will not reach it with any short fix. Take time to go deeper into your training and give yourself time to understand how you can reach your maximum rotation. ⏳This simple drill repeated over time will transform your rotation and lines, building inner thigh muscles and a wrapped feeling in the leg working the entire body. 💌Questions about how to reach your maximum turnout potential? Let me know! 👩‍🦰I personally do not have natural rotation and have worked very hard to create the rotation I have now. Keep going, and never give up!! ✨✨✨✨✨ 💓thank you @perfectpointedance for the space!!

💫Effort, energy and passion cannot be replaced, copied or taught. What an honor to work with Brielle, @ms.dancinbrielle an artist who is humble enough to try a new approach, hard working enough to see foundational, consistent results-combined with her contagious passion… is why I love what I do. Thank you Brielle for bringing your trust, and love for ballet each lesson…like I always say-this is just the beginning of your new normal!! 😉💪🩰✨✨✨ ❣️Thank you @perfectpointedance for the beautiful space!

Most people underestimate what consistent, focused training can do! 8 months. Same dancer. Different level. 💪💫🏆✨ Noah @ballet.noah didn’t just “get more flexible”, he built strength, control, and line with consistent work, and now not only has a better understanding of his craft but knows he is capable of rewarding, transformative work, over time. Flexibility goals take time and creating true consistency and strength is something that most will lose inspiration, patience and focus for. Now the improvements will only happen faster because he has created his own momentum! Let’s go Noah!!💫✨✨✨

After witnessing ballet at three, Ariana knew that’s what she wanted to do with her life. By fourteen Ariana was on her way to a life filled of ballet, spending her summers training at the prestigious Ballet Austin, Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theatre. Dancing professionally for over a decade performing as Principal Guest Artist in Europe and across America, Ariana’s favorite roles include Odette and Odile in Swan Lake, Medora in Le Corsaire, Sugar Plum Fairy & Arabian Princess in Nutcracker, performing a fourteen-minute solo in Roger and Hammerstein’s “Oklahoma!” and dancing the role of Louise in Roger and Hammerstein’s “Carousel”. Off-stage Ariana’s walked runway in NY & LA Fashion Shows, with modeling work found in Vogue, Glamour Magazine and DANCE Magazine. Ariana’s passion for ballet has led to creating her own ballet coaching business and dance company, American Dance Project. Offering a library of informative online masterclasses allowing dancers all over the world to have access to learning ballet at the highest level. Certified in multiple cross training methods, Ariana implements her knowledge in workshops across the country. Ariana currently resides in Southern California with her husband Eric and little cat Gelsey in an all pink world. She is so excited to share her passion for ballet with you!
