Bit of a different audience today.. Yet VERY fun experience taking part in Career Day at a local school here in Philly. I had the opportunity to speak to 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 7th graders about the limitless possibilities being a hairstylist and educator in the beauty industry. Not gonna lie, it was a super rewarding experience. Even had the opportunity to sign some autographs. 😂 Sign me up for next year @jenabna !

Step 2 : Classic Balayage lowlights @Redken SEQ ALK = 5N + 7GI w/ 10 (1 part color, 1.5 10 Vol)
Step 3 : all over glaze = @Redken SEQ 06NB + 08GI + 000
No lightener was used throughout this process, bc there just was no need! ALK Lowlights did not go up to the scalp, just the pre lightened areas, bc once again there was no need!
Loving my results of the amazing NEW @Redken Shades EQ ALK, which is a demi-permanent, alkaline driven liquid-cream color.
