Some weeks ago at the most magical festival ever @samichayfest we fell in love with you, the people, the energy and all the love around 💜
Thank you @loraw._ for the amazing picture

Finding elegance with a duo of clumsy clowns.
2 clowns… 2 hoops, 1 contact dragon.
2 clowns… 1 contact broom, 1 hoop.
2 clowns… one chair.
2 clowns… one stage.
2 clowns… one act.
2 clowns… 2 humans.
Are we clowns pretending to be human,
or humans pretending to be clowns?
What separates the character from the soul?
What separates yours from mine?
Maybe we are two bodies carrying the same chaos,
the same tenderness,
the same desire to be seen.
Two clowns.
Two humans.
One strange little universe.

A little glimpse into this journey — not only inward, but also intensely outward.
India, in all of its faces, textures, emotions, and flavors.
There is still so much left for me to explore, witness, and experience, but everything I’ve lived so far has been exactly what it needed to be — in its own form, timing, and place.
Even in moments of despair, I somehow managed to reconnect and find my grounding again.
Everything is being beautifully orchestrated by the universe, and this truth revealed itself to me over and over again.
The people who cross your path do so exactly when they are meant to, each carrying a lesson, a purpose, or a reminder.
And the places you deeply dream of visiting… maybe they already exist within the memory of your soul.
Every corner feels strangely familiar, like a remembrance.
Yoga has taught me that peace is not found somewhere outside of us — it’s something we return to when we slow down enough to listen.
To the breath. To the body. To life itself.
The Banyan Tree holds a kind of ancient magic.
Its roots are so strong, deeply grounded, powerful, and yet incredibly peaceful and connected.
Practicing yoga beneath it felt like the most beautiful metaphor.
The more you strengthen yourself, root yourself, connect, and grow, the stronger and wiser your soul becomes.
And maybe the greatest message the Banyan Tree gave me that day was this:
“May all your strength be used to create peace, stability, and inner stillness.”
Thank you Banyan tree.
Thank you Mother India.
Thank you Universe.
Let us not forget — we are nature too. 🕉️

1 month and a half in India… and I’m in love.
With you, your people, and all the lessons you’ve given me.
So here’s a little of what’s been moving through my heart lately…
I used to think spirituality meant waking up at 6am every day.
Meditating. Practicing. Being perfectly disciplined.
And yes — discipline matters. Practice matters. Showing up matters.
But lately, India is teaching me something different.
The practice doesn’t always look the way I expect it to.
Some days there is no perfect morning routine.
No long asana practice.
No still and silent meditation.
And that has been challenging for me.
Traveling has taken me out of structure. Out of control.
It’s forced me to soften my idea of what a “good” practice should look like.
I’m starting to see that spirituality is not only the quiet morning on the mat.
It’s how you speak to a stranger.
How you move through unfamiliar places.
How you respond when things don’t go as planned.
How you choose patience instead of frustration.
Yoga isn’t just asana. It’s awareness in action.
Of course tapas — discipline — is sacred.
But so is surrender.
So is allowing life itself to become the practice.
Traveling, listening, understanding other humans, opening my heart to different ways of living — this too is practice.
Maybe balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
Maybe it’s about honoring the season you’re in.
The practice may not look as expected.
But maybe this is the real practice. 🤍

A bit of an impro act we shared some weeks ago with the amazing crew of @cirquedupirata 🔥🤡
It was my first time performing with clown and fire, and I truly felt like a kid again—curious, playful, fearless.
Every act that night sparked inspiration: unique performances, unique energies, pure magic and love.
India already feels so good 🤍
Gracias @demarinostyle por ser mi compa de stage, por tus sonrisas y tus ideas 🙏
