*Exhibition opening 6-9pm Thursday the 6th* Having an exhibition with my friend Tom who is currently without instagram at the lovely @changing_room_gallery next month. This opens Thursday the 6th. The exhibition is called 'These are not normal times', and as we know shit is pretty fucked out there right now. Making art of relatively normal things during an ongoing genocide is weird and feels wrong, humanity feels off and as I write this I'm aware of how indulgent and hopeless it all feels. In the face of AI taking over the visual landscape and some orange fucker nuking us all, come look at some paintings myself and my friends made during/ before and after times got strange and alienating. I promise to not be so pessimistic, we can celebrate how lucky we are to be out and about and reflect on some milestones in my own artistic development. With love. Ry x

Last year we holed up for the day and recorded three songs at @three_phase_rehearsals with our good friend @jcmakesstuff - this is the third and final of those songs. It’s rough and dirty, but we’re proud of it nonetheless - available now on Bandcamp and soon on streaming services, with a full video made by our own effervescent, angelic and delightful @are7why
