StarKiller Base
The Force Awakens was the first Star Wars movie that I saw in theaters. From the moment I saw that movie, I immediately fell in love with the world building, characters, and costumes. Now, a decade later, I am able to show my love for this movie through Lego.
Now, the build still is not done, I still have the interior rooms to create still, but I figured that since I was able to take this build to Brick Convention Ventura I would share my progress. Speaking of which, I want to thank everyone who came up to my table this weekend and admired my creation. I am so grateful for everyone who asked questions, took pictures, and came up to me and had a deep conversation about Lego and building. It truly means the world to me that so many of you appreciated my build. Thank you once again.
I also need to shout out some incredible people who helped me out and designed vehicles for this incredible build.
@jerac.lego for his fantastic First Order Tie fighters. Also shoutout to
@brick.vault for selling his instructions. I have to thank
@boestuds for his incredible resistance A-wing design. Through his kindness, he sent me his V2 versions completely free. I love those models to death and I cannot wait to build more of them. And lastly,
@richboyjhae for his incredible First order transporter. I build that model back in 2021 and it has been one of my favorite builds ever since then. I am so close to adding a second one to my collection as we speak. But I also have to thank Jhae for paving the road with his incredible StarKiller base build. His build and build series was truly incredible and I have to give credit to him for the inspiration to attempt this massive build. He did such an incredible job and I tried extra hard to make sure my build incorporated different design elements and aspects of StarKiller to make it fresh.
Thank you
@brickconvention
Thank you all so much, and stay tuned because… I still have plans for Starkiller. =)
