We’re proud to share that one of our well-loved instructors, Nick @benzdontbreak , created the Indigenous Pilates Project. With the support of Neighborhood Small Grants, IPP is open to anyone Indigenous who feels called to the work.
Nick shared that Indigenous representation is all too rare within the Pilates and Gyrotonic space, and envisioned creating more opportunities for the community.

Under the Libra full moon, we gathered on Bowen Island for Arc’s very first retreat — Rhythms of Nature.
Through movement, ritual, somatic practice and exploration of our values, we released what was no longer needed, inviting space for what’s to come — all while soaking in the magic of the forest and the beauty of Bowen.
It’s a beautiful thing to witness the synergy that takes shape when a new group comes together. A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this retreat so special — for showing up and allowing yourselves to be seen, for the new connections formed and for creating lasting memories together.
