There are over 24 hosts participating in this yearโs Job Shadow which will be during the week of May 4-8.
The goal of the Job Shadow is to bring together students and emerging professionals with established members of the heritage field.
Registration closes Friday, April 24 at 11:59 p.m.

On October 16 at the historic Old Mill in Toronto, ACO celebrated its ๐ญ๐ต๐๐ต ๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐, honouring leaders, projects and initiatives for their outstanding contributions to heritage conservation in Ontario.
This year, nominations were received in 12 categories from 16 communities across the province.
The recipients were chosen by the Awards Jury to be honoured for their achievements. From advocates tirelessly working to protect their communitiesโ heritage, to innovative restoration and adaptive reuse projects breathing new life into historic buildings, they represent an outstanding group.

Congratulations to the 2025 ACO Special Recognition Award recipients!
This year's recipient of the Eric Arthur Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the heritage conservation movement in Ontario over a sustained period of time and whose actions have significantly enriched the built heritage of Ontario, is Susan Ratcliffe of Guelph.
This year's recipient of the Mary Millard Award for Special Contributions to ACO, recognizing ACO members and associates who, through their actions, have made a significant contribution to the organization, is Eben Rawluk.
On October 16 we will be revealing all of this year's recipients at the historic Old Mill in Toronto.
