After exiting the Nias QS last year with a heat total of 2.83, Arch Whiteman went chasing slabs, not scores. This session down the road from Lagundri Bay was the catalyst for his six month competitive break.

After blowing most of his savings on early losses in back-to-back QS events last year, Arch Whiteman spent the last of his budget redirecting his flight home to chase slabs with his mates.
That trip became the catalyst for his latest edit ‘Round of 96’ which also features some heavy water from his home in Sydney and Hawaii.
