BUTABU REMIX — Tomorrow our Kickstarter goes live! We’d love your support. Please do spread the word and invite others to join us. We’re thrilled to launch our first-ever Kickstarter for BUTABU REMIX — a landmark book where Lesley Lokko brings together James Morris’s breathtaking photographic archive of earthen architecture in West Africa with powerful new voices, emerging authors, and leading experts. There are some beautiful ways to take part in the campaign: ✨ Be among the first 50 backers to preorder the book at a special early-backer price. ✨ Explore a selection of limited-edition original prints by James Morris, available exclusively through this campaign. ✨ And most of all, help us bring this important book into the world. Thank you for supporting, sharing, and being part of this community — it means everything. All photographs by James Morris. Edited by Lesley Lokko, with contributions by David Adjaye, Ewa Effiom, Lois Innes, Francis Kéré, Nana Biamah-Ofosu, and Izabela Wieczorek. Book design by Julia Wagner @grafikanstalt Our deepest thanks go to Lesley Lokko and AFI, whose vision and support have shaped this project in the most meaningful way — and of course to James Morris for his extraordinary work. We’re also grateful to David, Francis, and Lesley for the film interviews and their ongoing support! #butabu #kickstarter Link in Bio /projects/1263294510/butabu-remix
