✨ FLEXIBILITY LAB: Foundations & Creative Flow ✨ with @angiemcilroywagar Join us for a two-part workshop exploring flexibility, contortion fundamentals, and creative movement in a grounded, supportive environment — no advanced flexibility required. 🗓 May 23 | 4–6pm 🗓 May 24 | 5–7pm Over 4 hours across 2 days, we’ll explore: • healthy stretching techniques • active flexibility + nerve glides • upper back + hip opening • foundational contortion skills • movement sequencing + creative exploration • musicality, texture, and performance flow Whether you’re an aerialist wanting to feel more at home on the floor, a mover curious about contortion, or someone looking to stretch smarter and create more freely, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are. Participants will leave with: ✨ a short original movement sequence ✨ flexibility drills + conditioning tools ✨ new approaches to creative movement and performance All levels welcome. Multiple variations and progressions will be offered throughout.
