I turned 33 this month and I am so grateful I got to celebrate going to the fatherland for my first time. The island is breathtaking, and I felt like I was home. I’ve been to the Carribean many times, but this time felt different. I got to truly see how simple and peaceful life could be. I’ve always been a big dreamer, but now I feel like I just want to be Ken. I want my life to be beach, and that’s it.
I am so very grateful for my friends and family for their loving support upon my journey through this crazy life. I couldn’t do it without them.
One day I promise I’ll make it back to the beach, I owe it to my ancestors. ♥️🙏🏽
I’ve never been more proud to be Puerto Rican & Black. The first time I watched I was just enjoying myself, dancing. The second time I watched I cried, when I was able to take it all in. The US is currently in shambles and what Benito brought to the stage yesterday was exactly what this country needed. I’ve never felt so globally seen. Thank you to my parents for finding each other, and thank you to Benito for his impact and legendary performance that will never be forgotten. The only thing more powerful than hate is love.
