This Sunday, we're opening a little earlier for Mother's Day. From 3pm, join us for Champagne, caviar and cocktails. We're serving our classic French 75, glasses of sparkling Rosé, a crab and caviar sandwich and a menu of salty snacks that sit perfectly alongside a flight of mini martinis.
An ideal full stop to a day at the gallery, to unpack the matinee, or to kick off the celebrations before you head off to dinner.
Served as minis, a trio of our martinis is available at your choosing. As our Bar Manager, Lachlan Bentley says, “half the size means they’re twice as cold.”
We have four styles to deliberate between. Once you've made your selection, they’re served individually, so they maintain every inch of their frosty bite.
